The model is ideal for Clients looking towards either one-off or continuous project-based cooperation involving technologies or expertise they do not have in-house.
HOW IT WORKS
We will work with the Client to define and document the requirements, determine the best technology framework, agree on project schedule and subsequently develop the product against the specs.
FIXED PRICE MODEL: The price is determined prior to project start based on the combined cost of resources and software licenses. The price remains intact on the condition that there are no major changes to the requirements.
TIME & RESOURCES MODEL: Client selects the required resources and the price is calculated on pro-rated cost.
GOVERNANCE
A dedicated PM, who serves as a liaison between our Client’s in-house IT team and off-shore development team, is assigned to each project we handle. Our PMs are very hands-on in technical matters, with 10+ years of experience and numerous highly complex successfully delivered projects behind their back.
The project structure and governance are 100% transparent and agreed with our client prior to kick-off.
STAFFING
All the resources are allocated to work on the project are agreed with the Client and can undergo the Client interview, as needed. Adding or removing the resources is always discussed and agreed with the client on a two weeks’ notice basis.
